Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your NASH gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
